We understand that sometimes you may change your mind — and that’s okay!

7-Day Easy Return Policy (Change of Mind)

• You may return any item within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked, as long as it’s in its original condition.

• The product must be:

  • Unused and unstitched

  • In its original packaging with tags and labels intact

  • Accompanied by the order number or invoice

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose:

• Full refund to your original payment method, or

• Exchange for another design of equal value

Important Notes

• The customer bears the return courier cost, unless the product was wrong or defective.

• Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered

  • Items without tags or original packaging

• Refunds/exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the parcel.
